From first contact to permit
1First contact & scoping
We confirm the route and threshold and send a checklist to you and your client before anyone commits.
2Preparation from abroad
AFM, bank account, and a Power of Attorney in the form required for cross-border use. We coordinate with your client directly if needed.
3Due diligence & deed
Title check by a specialist lawyer, followed by deed preparation with a translated copy for the investor. Property Transfer Tax filed and accepted by all parties, signing date set, deed executed, and title registered at the Hellenic Cadastre.
4Filing & follow-through
Your counsel, or a network colleague, files the Golden Visa application. We coordinate with the engineer and the Aliens Directorate throughout.
